It was a rare treat to see the Chief actually drop in to interact, instead of prerecorded cut scenes of her. Come on, you had to have already known that nearly all the Chief stuff was prerecorded separately from the rest of the episode, right? 😅
They decided to have the Chief appear live for this song parody instead of intercutting her. In Season 3 and beyond, nearly all of the Chief's scenes were pre-recorded. There were certain episodes the Chief appeared live but her scenes were in a separate soundstage.
I mean, she was a very busy woman. They had to practically beg to get her on the show, from what I understand, because she had so many other commitments.

Yeah, and for the worst: she has devolved into a horrendous Marxist wahmen, probably ignorant of the fact that it’s capitalism that affords her where she is in life and the things she enjoys...
It seems to me that Jeremy and Lyndsey should have been a little more planful regarding how they would go about the Map round. I mean think about it. There were two of them in this case, so it would have saved time if they had just traded on and off. There was no point in them both running to all the named locations, especially since only one person could handle the marker. They should have just divided it up so that one of them could always be holding a marker, waiting to take off as soon as the other got one right. That way no time would be wasted running back for another one.
@@disappearintothesea Possibly. We are told at the end that all contestants were briefed about game rules. I don't know why there'd be any objection to that though. It's what we call cooperation.
