I did my Printing Apprenticeship on one of these in the 90s.

Process color on a KORD, thats impressive!
This machine is used mostly for process color printing. We print labels for wine and catalogues in general and it is easy to operate.
I've got so many hours running one of these Heidelberg actually used me of demoing there kords and some s models
I bought one brand new in 1970. I could take a picture 8x 11 or up to 19x25 and run it through 7 or 8 times and all it did was get successively darker without missing dot for dot registry. No blurring of the image.
Used to run one of these and a Kora in the early 80s solid machinery
The first printing press I learned to operate ran 2 sided six part NCR paper on it 5 to 6 days a week....
Retired now but anyone has one of these let me know. I would love to train someone else on one. I've trained many young ones on the ole tanks. Kords r indestructible
Unfortunately I am living proof that they are not indestructible.
When the smoothing bar vibrates loose and falls between the Blanket & Impression Cylinders there is a very loud BANG and a screeching noise filled by chunks of gear teeth and fibreglass body covers flying in all directions. Followed closely by the ink rollers shooting out the back end and across the floor.
I was knocking the spray powder off some book covers at full speed when it happened. I will NEVER forget that sound

Hello mate, I have a manual only for the replacing parts and it is hard copy not electronic one.
It is difficult to find any, maybe to try on forums or CZcams, the original one is way expensive and require payment in advance from Heidelberg.de.
