I think the entire world would sell out of he suddenly came back. If even "lesser" bands are selling out tickets within minutes after having been for a single decade. Imagine Freddie Mercury returning, the world would freak. Mostly, of course, over the fact of him rising from the dead, but anyway... XD

I liked his big teeth and mouth with or without the mustache.
No one looked similar and it gave him his special charm and character.
Saw the documentary a few days ago where a guy played him. When he got sick and shaved his mustache... When he later grew beard to hide an Aids wound that wouldn't heal... It was emotional to think how it must've felt for him to deteriorate and try to hide it...
The press was bad, but now a days... How people don't think or care about a sick entertainers/celebrity s feelings, at all..
I sometimes cringe really worry how the person feels when people comment on their appearance...
I wouldn't probably go out anymore, if I got sick or didn't fit the standard and all press wrote about was " what happened " and people laugh and bully in comment section on Internet.
I ramble now, sorry.. Just thought about it, and out it came..

His Zoroastrian faith anchored him. I know he was scared as he was human but studying his faith I've found that death isn't feared as it is in Judeo-Christianity which I am a member. Guy was an ox stamina wise.

In Christianity, fear is something we aren’t to have...no worries or anything like that, instead we should have faith. Of course, it can be difficult sometimes to not worry or fear something, but we can pray about it and ask God to help us have strength. Anyway, just wanted to share that...it’s important in the Christian faith.

He was very sure of himself and knows what he’s signing he got braver when he got very sick. In his interview he said he wants to go to hell its more interesting people in hell. What made him say something like that. He knew he was a bad boy and misbehaving in public kissing a man in a gay club while he was video taped. At that time it was not ok but know we see two men kissing or having their own show even having their own kids is not weird or not acceptable in now society .Freddy was coming out even though he had a living girlfriend . He loved her dearly but he went out and had too much fun caused him his own sort lived life for a talented musician like him he was ahead of his time. So sad to see him suffer and die. But his music will never be out of style. Love love to listen to him and his powerful voice and the words of his songs nobody can do that.. there is only one Freddy Mercury (Queen)

He was a big part of my life for 20 years. Now that I have read up and watched his friends and band mates interviews I see the true meaning of some of his magical songs. I now see how hard it was for him to. The heartbreaking In the Lap of The Gods is the struggle with his family who refused to support his work. BORHAP is the proven story of him coming out. Love of my Life, ended well for him. lol. I love this man and his sheer will to overcome at a time when his own religeon still stoned gay's. My dear Freddie, the hero of my youth singing those amazing Queen songs, inspiring me in so many ways. That little blemish on his cheeck was the first sign of acquired Kaposi's sarcoma due to HIV. I was devastated when he passed away, I had just moved to London from South America to study. I was one of the lucky fans to have seen the band live 3 times. Absolutely magical. Him and Queen will forever have a place in my heart.

According to his personal assistant Peter "Phoebe" Freestone, he smoked early in the 80s because after watching his interviews, he noticed his hands were going everywhere. Also, he did it because he thought it was macho and gave a huskiness to his singing voice.
When he was told to stop all of his vices, he never stopped completely, he just did those things very rarely, usually just in the studio.
