The full SPITI CIRCUTE tour is not a normal ride it's very adventures as well as dangerous. You must take care of all the things like your oxygen level and respiratory. If you start the ride from Shimla that's very great for your heath cause your body will be acclimatize with weather accordingly. total ride will be 1,650-1,700km from Delhi.So, there's need to take some halt in between of whole journey. I recommend takes halt at every 400km or 6hrs in a day so your health will be good at all stages.

Bhai. Ye 90-110 kmph me chalane pe meri baleno 23-24 kmpl ka mileage deti hain with with AC on. Ye mileage ke liye maine kabhi interceptor nahi kharidi jabki meri favourite bike hain. :(
