I recently traveled to Okinawa.
I usually plan my trips in detail, but this time I went without planning anything.
It was not efficient, but I felt as if I was freed from the unconscious sense of obligation in my daily life.
I learned that it is also wonderful to stumble upon stores and places that you happen to want to go to at the time.

Thanks for showing Okinawa! Sometimes it is good to take short trips to disconnect from stress. Tokyo must be a very stressful city, and being able to spend a few days outside helps you disconnect and relax. The food you've shown looks delicious! Aloha Oliver. Okinawa is the place I hope to one day live. Itakura town is a place I desperately want to visit because it's where my late husbands ancestors originated from. I don't have a clue where it is exactly or what prefecture. I'll figure that out when the time comes. And I want to train hop. I want to ride as many trains and ferries as possible. I feel fortunate that I am good doing things alone. The only downside I see for myself is I'm not food adventurous so I might live on bread. LOL no I'm not that bad. Mahalo so so much for taking us to Okinawa and sharing your adventure with us. So enjoyable.

Wow Oliver, what a beautiful trip. That Cafe overlooking the water was gorgeous. The hibiscus flowers, orchids, monstera were so amazing to see growing outdoors. The monstera looks so huge. That castle was amazing. I am so glad u had a wonderful time and thank u for showing us how beautiful Okinawa is.
