Those oyster fritters look sooo good! Oyster pancakes are my favorite Taiwanese night market food, and the oyster fritters look so much better even than the oyster pancakes! 😋 And have you ever watched the Taiwanese drama, "A Thousand Goodnights"? That's one of the television shows that features the Anping Old Fort (as well as quite of bit of other scenic features of Taiwan)! (We kept telling Annie that she needs to watch it, but I think she's too busy to take the time to sit through it! Lol!)
Thank you for sharing this amazing journey with us! Traveling feels like such a hassle right now, so it's nice to enjoy a trip safely and vicariously. Also, I'm very glad I was eating breakfast when I watched this because it made me super hungry. haha
I remember how you love a good breakfast spread while in japan too 😉 stay safe back home in 🇨🇦❤️

The milkfish soup is another classical food in Tainan. I love it!
I wanted to try it but most fish dishes do not agree with my tastebuds 🥲🥲

That's a huge land of sand in Tainan (台南).
Although I am allergic to shell seafood (skin asthma), but the food, that were showed in this video, were delicate.💕

Tainan was Taiwan's capital since 1624 when the Dutch came, then moved to Taipei in 1879.
