- Hua Hin has several well known nightlife areas. Soi 94, with it's new Wonderland complex, is probably the liveliest. Let's take a look.

Hi, Eddy. I very much enjoyed this video. It felt like I was there! Yes, the bars seemed very lively. Good to see some normalcy. Take care.
Thanks, Mark.
Glad your enjoying yourself.
New Bars look good. Usually I would only stay there for weekend to escape Pattaya.
Looking forward to your next journey. 🙏

Thanks a ton!
Great video Ed Hua Hin will boom when the new train open Bkk to hua Hin less one hr. Safe travels
Good to see Hua Hin coming back to life. Looking forward to some good times ahead. Thanks for the update, Eddie!!!
That was a great. A still photo of the poncho dancing girls with the neon lights behind them would make a gallery proud. Well done Eddie. Nice to see that rain doesn't stop play there
Great to hear from you, mate.
Haha that music with the dancing ladies in the rain is perfect! XD
Eddy saw a video of Phuket. Absolutely jam-packed. Busiest I've seen anywhere in Thailand this year. Like high season. New bars look great apart from the rain. Thanks for showing us around. Take care 🙏👍
Phuket is only busy in bangle Road in patong the rest of the place is dead
@@up2me555 sounds great
Thanks Eddy, it's looking pretty good there.
Very good video ,cheers!
Many thanks!
Thank You Sir!
what a top video mate looks like that could be my next visit cheers
Thanks, Brian.
Great to see it expand it has been a quite a few years since and had limited options especially the Bintabar was the place to be.
Love the videos, Eddy. Glad you are in good health and back in the saddle.
Cheers mate
Hi Ed, another great upload. Never been to the place but it looks fun.... As an aside, you've struck lucky..... the lovely Natty Warisa from The Thaigar channel is in town to make a few uploads for their channels, now that could be entertaining if you two could meet up and appear in each others videos.....
Yes find Natty
Great Vid Steady Eddie! I definitely want to go to Hua Hin next time I am in the Land of Smiles. I thought soi Bintabaht was the main area but obviously soi 94 is better. Very interested to go there. Being a muso, now part time only now I am keen to watch some good bands. I have sung with some Pattaya and Bangkok bands in the past so looking to watch great bands always. 🤟
Good to hear from you mate
Currently in Hua Hin and loving it despite foul weather. Today so far has been lovely.
Glad you like the place. Have a great time.
Hi I've lived in Hua Hin for about 4 years now when I first came here Bintabad was the place to go but covid has changed that now soi 94 is the place to go You stopped at wonderland but if you walk further up 94 there is a new bar complex almost finished that will be even better than wonderland
Edd I think this was the best place you went to really Pattaya it’s really played out there now Edd now do your part peace and start doing I am singing in the rain 😂 nice vlog
Cheers, Robert.
Hey Ed. I think you might find one of those bar girls would like a nice dry hotel room with a warm shower and posh towels. ;-)
look so dead! lol... great channel love it bro.
Excellent video. I miss Thailand so much. Thanks for the party. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Hey Eddie. Great vlog. Keep them coming.
Thank you, Shinn
I was watching an earlier vlog when u arrived in Thailand and u mentioned Royal Vacation, thank u! I just booked for a months Thai holiday starting June 5 and was thinking of how to go about the Thai pass. Looked it up and seems simple enough, so they handle everything then? Thank u 🙏
I've been to Soi 88 before and like a back road near to it with some quiet but crazy wooden shack bars (this was Dec 2019). Other than that it was Soi Binthabaht and Sam Sam etc. I will try this next time I go
There are a lot more bars and restaurants between there and Soi 80 running parallel to the train track if you go further up Soi 94 and do a right turn. Eventually you will come to Ban Khun Por night complex.
Thanks for your info
I'll second that ... you've got to go to Baan Khun Por Eddie for a couple of ice cold beers and all sorts of food at the various stalls...so much to mention but fantastic pork or chicken satay cooked on a bbq, roast pork on a spit, thai sausages with chillies and ginger ,sun dried and fried pork strips which go down really well with a pint ... it's like Wonderland just over the railway crossing but on Soi 88
@@colinraine8245 I've passed it. Looks good
@@STEADY599 You'll love it there mate ... l used to go around 7pm for a bite to eat and a few beers .. l used to always stay right there at the condo they have
Bangkok hospital is a private healthcare provider ! They started once in bkk and are now all over thailand aswell as abroad ! Bkk hospital is the company name ! Cheers !!!
תודה על הסירטונים
lovely stuff Eddie. Looks like a cool place.
Hi Eddy, you found where the local Thais and ex-pats go for their nightlife and not in the tourist zones, great video mate
You can see why I live here in hua Hin 😁 I see you last week I'l catch up with you next time
Thank you
Hi Ed, great little video. In my view, as much as I like some busier places in Thailand, I do prefer to visit them short term. However Hua Hun.. certainly looks like a great place to think about planning a visit in the prospect of retirement. In my mid 40s, i do hope to relocate within the next 10/15 years - what are your views? Be good to have your views..
A lot of people seem quite content living in Hua Hin.
What's the fanny like there .asking for a friend
good vid Eddie giving us a good insite of other places your like our scout thanks buddy
Looks like a place for me.Beach- food - beer some local girls. I even enjoy those rain storms.
Be careful if you run into that Jonny Aussie guy.😆
Father Ted,s is a nice bar in Hua Hin.Worth a visit.Ahgo,on go,on go,on.
A lot of farangs hanging about, :)
All expats lots have settled there nice place to settle great base to travel and return
Cheers Eddie
Eddie your background music is reminding me of the old series: "The twilight zone."
This bar complex is like the OTOP in Patong Beach Phuket, great night out.
Thanks a lot for vlog Eddie, well done! Do I understand correctly, the bar where the band is playing (1 girl, 2 guys) at 1:40 and 6:50 is called "Day & Night" ?
If you’re thinking of retiring to Thailand look no further than Hua Hin brilliant place lovely beaches lovely people reasonable prices etc etc roll on 2026 I’m on my way
Nice coverage Ed. It’s is lively down there most nights. Some cracking cheap food too!
Eddy with the "weather girls" 🙋👍😂 it's raining men
Hay Geezer you have got some trippen music going on there
Yer looks banging glad I saved my pound notes philippines here I come in May
Hey Eddy! Just sub'd, can you tell me if there is a significant change in weather between the three cities; Pattaya, Bangkok and Hua Hin? Basically, is it more tolerable in Hua Hin than say Pattaya or Bangkok. Thanks! Enjoy your vlogs! Retirement is getting closer, 22 months! :)
Not much
less rain in HH
Looks ok Ed, can you recommend any good guest friendly hotels near the newer Soi 94 area?
Thanks Ed 🙏🙏
Hotel review coming soon.
A bit of trivia for you Eddie. Bangkok Hospital Group is the largest private hospital chain in Thailand, and located in most major Thai cities and overseas. Also, 'Hua' means 'head' in English, and 'Hin' means 'stone', but the adjective usually follows the noun in Thai, so it would mean 'stone head', not 'headstone'. It was named after the rocks at the north end of the beach. My Thai friend also says 'Hua' is pronounced 'Who-a' .There you go! Cheers! Ha ha.
Thanks for you info.
Hi Eddie, interesting video. I've never been to Hua Hin. How do you move around at night, taxi, Baht bus?
no taxi no bus at night (after 10 p.m.), only motorbike-taxi, not many of them. depending on where you stay, you can walk home along the beach.
Tuk tuk
@@STEADY599 expensive for one person, I remember 150.
Thanks Eddie. Never been to Hua Hin but certainly a place I intend to visit. The thatched roof bars remind me of the ones in Phuket back in the late 80s/early 90s.
Thanks Ed. Hua Hin has to be on anyone's list for Thailand. I'm sure there's some great deals on hotels to be found right now.
Cam I ask how much short time and long time in Hua Hin?
Even Pattaya has a Bangkok Hospital. It's a chain of private hospitals 👍. Interesting video. Possible destination for old 'uns like me and the Mrs. 🥰
Thank you Once Again,
🍀BIG Stead EDWARD 🏝
I stayed at the Sarima House hotel next to Hilton.
Forgot what that area was called with all the bars across from the Hilton?
Soi Bintabaht, I believe.
@@STEADY599 thanks ED
Hi
Is the one day isolation still in place on arival pal?
Is walking street open yet?
Yes to both questions
those bars in the videos look so easy-going and laid-back those would be the ones for me Cheers Eddy
Yes mushroom bars, plenty of them in phuket , otop and a few others
It’s called Bangkok hospital, because the owner of these hospitals, also owns Bangkok Airways. He made a lot of money during the pandemic, because most of the PCR tests us Farang had to undergo had to be done in one of these hospitals at 3800 bht
Good job Ed,I didn't make it to the Philippines-yep,I tested positive prior departure.
So sorry to hear that. Hope all is well now, mate
@@STEADY599 hey,I'm in Thailand-alot of your subscribers aren't so lucky.

Great Vlog. What you just showed and a couple of nice golf courses - what more do you need ?
Wow 80 b cheapest for a small beer not cheap anymore
Nice 1 Eddie thank you Kidda
Chilled Red Wine!Thats a no Steady.
Culturally you’re a heathen but your videos are good.😂
yeah, the old places everywhere are worn on and as you said, on the decline even pre Covid, tho I don't think it's so much the strong baht as the rise of girls being able to deal directly with customers online. Post smartphone era. I saw a vid of that a couple months ago parts being built. Like Soi 7 in Bkk it went up fast and cheap and both places could be razed in a week and be a condo or mall the next time you go thru.(notice also that this place is away from the city center and beach, that's for "normal" tourists, same with Soi 7, off the main road a bit, not in your face :) I think vloggers doing vids like this is going to be a prime way of staying in touch. Used to be forums on some site. It would be nice if SE Asia would slow down and just BE for a bit but not gonna happen, it's all about change there so one has to roll with it. This can be an adventure in itself.
They are not the spice girls , they are the rice girls . Hoping to get there at some point with my Vietnamese wife . I want to show her Thailand and what property we can buy at a third of the cost in Vietnam. I hope she goes for it as property is way over priced here in Vietnam.
Beats merry old foggy cold England. God Save the Queen!
Thing I'm noticing most about these Hua hin videos is the absence of traffic
Plenty of that about
Don’t pass out face down in a puddle, Eddy
The Bangkok Hospital group is the largest private hospital group in Thailand, with 40+ hospitals all over Thailand but was originally just one hospital in 1972 in Bangkok, hence the name.
Thanks for your info, Graham.
‘Very very’ drinking game
My favourite soi in HH
It's true, Friday is the best for Wonderland. It goes back and forth between Soi 80 and 94. Some days 94 is better, others 80.
My issue with 94 is if you want to short time there, then you need to take her back to your place. In 80 you can head upstairs in most bars.
Eddy .... anything going for a soi dog who likes mongering ??? 😂😂😂
"Eat Yer Heart out Gene Kelly" lol Thai style..good one Ed
Nothing much about hua hin bit of a chill out place as long as there is beers and spinners happy days better than being in the uk
No punters next year many countries
Bloody hell Eddie that red wine looks cold
I never see ++sized bar girls
Sadly there's more and more of them unless of course that's your thing
@@NZMuzz you can get that at home, on the other side of the bed
I was thinking someone's gonna get electrocuted in them bars ...wow I've seen thai electrics I would of been outof there sharpish lol
Bangkok hospital brand best hospital in Asia do you home work and eddy you looking to fix a tooth bangkok smile
Inflation hitting many countries know in uncertainty
Wen you gonna show us ur chat up lines wiv the ladys
Eddie if that your idea of lively, man you need to get out, with out the Camera have few beers+ ,And get your self a nice lady for the Evening
Thanks Eddie. For the single bloke looking to fall in love on a nightly basis, it would appear Pattaya has more to offer.
Lots on offer in Hua Hin bars net to the Hilton open after local bars close full of lady’s go Hua Hin great times I’ve had there
Cheers Jimmy - will check it out next month.
Just empty every where
So, do I have to show vaccine status before entry into bars/clubs Ect?
Not usually
Bangkok Hospital is the name of the company that runs the hospital. I believe it also runs Bangkok Airways.
Just had a poo Eddie
