- I don’t know if there’s a better place in America to own a kei truck or van than Hawaii. The van and trucks are small enough to fit in the congested areas but still big enough to fit a couple surfboards making it the perfect island car.. KEI IS THE WAY!

I apparently have the only kei vehicle in a city that's approximately 40% the population of the entire island of O'ahu. It's interesting to see so many kei trucks and kei vans driving around the island. JDM Hawaii is no doubt responsible for a lot of that. Well done!.
Im going to make this a series whenever u travel to places that have a big JDM or kei following like a lot of the Caribbean and Hopefully Japan before 2024

The Hiace firetrucks are awesome. 4WD and lifted a bit and it looks like a post apocalyptic recreational vehicle. I like the looks of a deck van but the bed seems too small to be practical, but the Hiace has a large bed, a lot of cargo capacity and room for four large people inside.

honestly wild the amount of RHD cars I see on Oahu everyday. Maybe im just now noticing it since I got my Pajero and went off the deep end into JDM.
In NYC id be lucky to see a RHD car once a month. Ive seen 30 in 2 weeks and I was by Waikiki I didn't even explore the island much

I love the autobox ones, I love stick, but I like to cruise ( under 55 lol) so rwd don’t bother me👍🏻( what was the green light on on the dash?)🤔 wish I knew what the laws in Illinois are for these.

Yeah and most the wakiki area, I didn’t even drive much to north sore and the other parts I would’ve seen even more kei cars
