    What is the difference between a dopamine receptor agonist vs a dopamine (etc) reuptake inhibitor like bupropion? How does the difference in mechanism of these impact a person? Can someone with parkinsons take a dopamine reuptake inhibitor for example and that still be effective? And can someone with anhedonia depression or ADHD take a dopamine agonist and benefit better cognitively?
