Very inspiring to see an Architect in a CIO role. That explains how a lot of what Rashmi said balances the yin and yang of Business and IT, of Change and Resilience. As an Architect myself, I co-authored a paper on what my Organization calls the Elastic Operating Model that balances this yin and yang, so this talk hit home. Also loved the thoughts on building your own career and mentors. Thanks Rashmi for being so candid. Thanks Michael for your show.
