      It will be a tight squeeze but easily possible, I will be doing how to 'See Rome in 24 hours' at the start of April for an upload so keep watching!
      Don't miss the keyhole it really is worth seeing for a spectacular photo and eye capturing moment!

    Quanto dista l'aeroporto di Roma-Fiumicino da Piazza Navona?

    • @ItalianTourGuide
      @ItalianTourGuide  Před měsícem

      circa 50 minuti a 60 minuti in taxi. tuttavia direi di prendere il treno dalla stazione Termini all'aeroporto perché è più economico e non molto più lungo :)

    The Colosseum is not one of the seven wonders of the world. Look it up.

    • @ItalianTourGuide
      @ItalianTourGuide  Před 3 dny

      Unfortunately you stand corrected, there is 2 x lots of world wonders and the Colosseum is actually classed in the second lot of New World Wonders would you believe it, hey! 😃

    • @erginguneysf

      @@ItalianTourGuide You're correct about that, but that's not what's typically understood when one mentions "the seven wonders of the world". Most people take that to mean "the" seven wonders of the world, which are the ancient wonders from the original list. The "Wonders of the World" article in Wikipedia references at least eight such newer lists of seven wonders of the world. It's true that the Colosseum is mentioned on one of those lists, but then so is the Empire State Building, the London sewage system, and the CN Tower in Canada. Counting the Colosseum as a world wonder because it's in a newer list almost amounts to stating that it's one of the 56 wonders of the world, if not more (8 times 7 is 56)...

      @@erginguneysf Hey, you have the ancient wonders of the world as you say which I’m surprised the colosseum was never classed as one, then you have the ‘7 New World Wonders’ in which it was classed as one of those! So typically yes people do class it as one and when living here the amount of people who refer to it as a World Wonder may blow your mind ! 😅
