I want facts and not partisan politics. I plan on reading this book and I hope it turns out this way.

The PBS Newshour booked Michael Beschloss, to explain the presidential
impeachment process as envisioned by the founding fathers, whom Wikipedia describes
as “historian, specializing in the United States presidency”, he is among a selection
of a growing lot of over sixty-year-olds, frequently appearing on television in
newly minted heads of hair dye, because of which, I have always found them extremely
    painful to watch.

If that's your takeaway, perhaps reading would be a preferred mode of acquiring information.

I see a point from your loquacious verbiage… why have the generation who got us Into this mess as the main course? Why would I read a book about corrupted officials and all the stuff that has not worked?
