Back then when I was at 6th grade we had a project to film/photograph ourselves baking bread at home, and then share the bread with the class the next day but since I didn’t have an oven I asked my teacher if it’s ok that I’d make donuts instead but she said “is that bread?” So I was like ‘wait is it?’ so instead of making wonderful donuts I tried following a recipe that can be cooked in a pot but I was inexperienced at that time and didn’t know how bread making worked so I ended up making it too salty and didn’t even bother to rest the dough so they ended up hard and rubbery, in the end my class made it a challenge to see who is able to eat my bread 😅
