My family and I are headed down Nov 25… I saw some restaurants charge for a steak? Did you incur this down there?
You are going at a perfect time as it was also the week we went down and we loved it. As for steak and additional fees, no we did not have any additional costs for steak and the food was awesome. We loved Toro! Tip: when you arrive you will be assigned a concierge to book reservations at restaurants. Take advantage of it as it avoids stress on the day of. They will explain all the various options. Have a wonderful time!
Can you make dinner reservations prior to arriving at the resort?
Hi Donna, you cannot prior to arrival. However, when you arrive and check in you are assigned a concierge who can provide you with any reservations for a day, or for each night during your stay. We loved that part. There are so many restaurants to choose from. Have a wonderful vacation
What was your favorite restaurant ?
Our favourite Was Toro followed closely by Isla.
Where is Uncorked ? Is it in the Hard Rock Resort?

Do you need reservations for the restaurants?
Hi Cecilia, great question and the answer is yes you do need a reservation however on arrival you are provide with a concierge who can assist you with this while you are staying at the resort. Have a wonderful time!

Only advice is to try the various menus as there are so many options to enjoy instead of just what we enjoy at home. Also there are so many different pool options and vibes where they are very quiet to relax or if you enjoy music, they have it all!

Jan 2022. At this time hard Rock was not allowing reservations, therefore we did alot of waiting. Also, for a resort of this price, the food was not outstanding at all, actually sub-par in my opinion. We are Italian and we found the service and dinner were the worst on the resort.

Sorry to hear the food experience was not what we experienced when we went a year earlier. We are like you and would not give a thumbs up if the food was sub par. Thanks again!
