Welcome to the first episode in the wedding series ahha!! I'm so excited to finally be starting this series and bringing you guys along for the whole process. In this episode I wanted to really just catch up with you, start planning and just talk everything wedding!

I dont think it's right for people to say they don't think he put any effort in. Not their lives! It's not about the extravagant event of getting engaged. It's the sentiment behind it. I think what Mitchell did was great and I cant wait for the rest of your series! ❤
I think it was a very real proposal. I like how you kept the audio just for you two. And that it was a real intimate moment for you. Even though it was recorded for you to share with us, it still felt very personal. Mitchell knew it would be important to capture it for you and that really shows how much he loves you. It was a perfect proposal. My husband proposed to me one morning at home as he brought me breakfast in bed. It was so intimate and it was just for us. Perfect. We’ve just had our 12th anniversary. For planning your wedding, do whatever you two want. You’ll never please everyone. You just need to make sure you know what you want and stick to your guns so that you get the wedding you want and not one that caters to more difficult family members. We had some members like that and we didn’t compromise on our plans.
Yeah, just leave Mitchell alone he did a brilliant job. He keeps it real, one of my favourites👍xx

Liverpool is amazing for a UK hen! Had mine in Liverpool last year, stayed at the shankly hotel in a party room, had bottomless brunch, cocktail making, karaoke bar, butler in the buff, dream boys and lovely food over the weekend!

This video is so helpful, I just got engaged October 6th and I’m overwhelmed, I like physical notes, mood boards, planners too, I was hoping I’d get gifted a planner so I’ll have to order that one. Also trying to plan an engagement party that’s not the cost of a small wedding 😂 ❤
Also I agree about the staged engagements. My fiancé proposed in a beautiful restaurant called tattu it was such a shock and I thought I’d hate a public proposal but it was still so intimate because we were in a smaller part with a few other tables and everyone cheering and a lady even hugged me lol. It was so special and magical no fancy sign or harp player 😂 and it was just perfect in every way but totally not what I ever imagined would happen. I know yours was perfect and intimate for you and the perfect time. He did so well. Congratulations
I think each task you have done for your wedding you should take of a note and then you can see how much you have left to do

We got married in Zanzibar 2016 just the two of us great so easy no stress x
My proposal we done it together lol and I picked the ring just before not romantic at all x

Liverpool is my hometown so if you ever need advice or a guide let me know zzz
Our wedding in 2016 was about 8.5k in Zanzibar for 2 weeks inc flights and a planner just the two of us we also did a intimate day safari and 4 nights in Oman 5 star hotel my dress which was 1100 all accessories hair and makeup boat trip photos cake food special meal on the beach etc were included and a spa day trip n the morning I can’t remember the company but they were fab and the solicitó fees before leaving the uk were included so it was all legal while there , we were going to do Bali but more complex would do it all over again just the 2 of us but obvs personal thing
Hendo was 2 nights in Liverpool which was silly money for the uk but fun
We didn’t have a party or anything or engagement lol very antisocial I know
It was all a very personal thing
I’ve known people spend thousands and had loads of people there who they don’t even see
My friends one got married in lake bled Slovenia beautiful place and other in New York both cracking prices and unique
