Sabaton is a Swedish power metal band from Falun, which was formed in 1999. The band's songs are inspired by various historical wars. Even the band name is military inspired, as Sabaton is also the name of the part of the armor that covers the foot. All the songs that Sabaton make and sing, they can do thanks to the fact that they have 3 historians to help them bring up stories that have happened in war and they also have the help of fans all over the world who tip off some war event in their particular country and then these historians unearth facts which they then make songs about.
Sabaton is completely different from all the musicians in the world. Because Sabaton takes care of everything itself, so Sabaton has 100 employees who help with everything like selling souvenirs, records, clothes. Sabaton themselves book the arenas they will perform at, book hotels and flight tickets themselves. They also handle the sales of the tickets for their gigs and by handling everything themselves, they can keep the price of the concert tickets down. They don't drink alcohol before or during their gigs, but they do tricks for the sake of the vocal cords and warm up. Sabaton also owns 8 trucks that drive all stage equipment and instruments. They also own a number of buses that drive the stage crew in.

It IS about D-Day at Normandy. Title track to their 1st album released, but 2nd recorded. The Metalizer album was recorded first, but due to legal issues with their original label ,was the 3rd released.
Metalizer is the only record that is not Military History themed, that started with Primo Victoria.
When you do come back to them, try the animated story video for Night Witches, one of my favorite Sabaton songs.

Joakim and Par had written the music for the yet unnamed first song for the new album and felt it was too epic and powerful for the same style lyrics they had used for their pother songs. They decided that the June 6th invasion at Normandy was the type of epic story that would do justice to the music so that was how the Sabaton sound and themes of heroism and sacrifice. Both enjoyed the research they needed to do for the song, and liked the fact it made the song have more meaning and impact and made the decision that was the direction the band would go.
My son got me tickets to see Sabaton (Epica opening) in Oct 2022 at the Ryman in Nashville. Best concert I have ever been to, the interaction between the band and the crowd is amazing. Small venue, but the band and crowd had the place jumping (literally) for the entire set. And they sound even better live.

Their 1st big hit...still played at each concert!
If you choose to give airplay to either of the extremely controversial country songs, you will invite an extreme and hateful attack party to your comments. Fans of those songs are zealous bullies, in large part...who couldnt care less about music...they would be here for political hate. Most of your subscribers are going to skip out...we've already been thru it on orher channels...no thanks.

Then so be it. To ignore songs due to controversy is ignorant (think Ozzy Osborne and Judas Priest). Everyone’s free to believe how they choose, as I am to play what I choose. If you’re referencing Aldean and Anthony, I agree with them 100%. I also understand if others disagree. It’s everyone’s right. Just listen to my Aldean episode, I already did that one awhile back. I did Combs too. No one left. I hope people stick around, but ignoring popular culture because some might be offended isn’t the answer.

@facethemusic1970 I 💯 support your right to post anything you want on your channel! I was just letting you know what *may* happen in your comments section! Personally I will gladly watch your reactions... but its a shame that most ppl will make the music a political battle. From my YT experience, I only meant well; to warn you that politics and music aren't the best when mixed! I enjoy your reactions, and nothing will prevent me from continuing to support you
