Boys needed a roof rack. They were tired of stuffing their surf boards in the car, as that barely leaves any room for chicks.
They had no idea how to build one, but they had a go at it anyway. They were so satisfied with the result that they also did some work on the mirrors, then on the front and back lights.
Time to hit the beach!

Roof rack looks pretty good, but it seems to be easily damaged.
Thank you! It sits pretty sturdy. Of course, if played with or dropped at a bad angle or repeatedly, the roof rack will eventually fall away. But I am sure it will not break into pieces, as the paperclip is such a light material and the super glue is super strong for it. I am sure I can throw the roof rack against a wall and it will not break, but that seems a bit extreme lol
