While Famitsu's scores are usually in line with the global ones, there have been a few times in which they gave high scores to games that didn't deserve it at all (see the 36/40 given to Saints Row and Forspoken...)

Dude, Forspoken and Saints Row were DISASTERS of games. They have no redeeming qualities at all (or better, Forspoken has a stellar combat system, but everything else in the game is really bad). Just look at online videos and you will see that...

Fatal fury looks how street fighter 6 was supposed to look art style wise, I don’t like it’s current clay style designs, almost like capcom wants it to rival closer to tekken, fatal fury is hitting the right balance with its style
Calling sf6 clay when sfv is right there and it’s visually leagues above that game is just wrong. SNK is still leagues below in their model department but the style of COTW makes up for it. Getting that MVC3 vibe from it and loving it.
@@personaxlitywell, SNK doesn't have the same resources as Capcom, I don't think they'd be able to make a game with graphics similar to SF6, though to be fair I don't think a realistic look would fit Fatal Fury's art direction, FF always had a very anime/comic-book look, especially games like Real Bout Special/2 and Mark of the Wolves, so I'm glad they went for a more stylized look for City of the Wolves. I just hope SNK takes into consideration some of the characters and setting ideas from the canceled Garou 2 for the Neo-Geo, it seems they done it by including Preecha, who is based on Kuan Konta from the canceled Garou 2 and also they also included Terry's diagonal Rising Tackle which was featured on the leaked sprite sheet
What's confusing the demo is just the first two transformations of Peach?
Just need the actual game to maintain a consistent FPS - the demo does not.
He said that he didn't see any "glitches". I certainly was not happy with the fps and epileptic glitching of Princess Peach's eyes when zoomed out.

Any snk fighting game or fighting game in general deserves to be on a nintendo console.We seen the impact of niche jrpgs heading to the switch and elevating sales.
Every fighting game demands 60 FPS and nowadays Rollback + Crossplay. The Switch isn’t capable of all that and if a compromise is somehow made then people playing on the inferior hardware with other platforms would ruin the experience for everyone.
Hopefully the Switch successor can alleviate all this

@@personaxlity but the Switch has gotten games like Mortal Kombat 11 & 1, Ultra Street Fighter II, Street Fighter Anniversary Collection, The King of Fighters XIII, Samurai Shodown 2019, Persona 4 Arena, Dragon Ball FighterZ, DNF Duel, and plenty of anime arena fighters. Nintendo's consoles can attract and audience for fighting games, the thing is that due to the Switch's underpowered hardware it can't run some of the most recent (and last generation) fighters like Soul Calibur VI, Tekken 7, Street Fighter 6, Guilty Gear Strive, The King of Fighters XV, etc. I'm sure that the Switch 2 will have some of those and new titles like Tekken 8 and City of the Wolves, especially since SF6, KoF XV and GG: Strive were released for the PS4

Yeah, the trailer seemed too easy for my liking. But the special challenges and all those other places like the Mighty Peach and the Great Thief Peach especially look amazing.
I like the game, thought I feel the demo didn't really do a lot for it. It might've been better if they'd let us play as a few more transformations

Normally I wouldn’t pay attention to Peach’s game but I want to support Nintendo so I’ll get it. I may not be in a rush to play it but I’ll definitely get it along with the unicorn tactics game today. I also have to finish downloading the Metal Gear Solid Masters Collection on Switch. Sandman’s is something I’m excited for. I hope those vehicles aren’t needed to be strong in the game. Mine may explode everytime. 😂

Like, I beat Yoshi in an afternoon. I was so upset I spent 60 bucks on that.
There's quite obviously more, since every stage in the demo ends with To Be Continued. Why put that there if there aren't any more stages to the specific play? There's not even a beat the threat feeling at the end of them. Would be really weird if there wasn't more.
Yoshi, as well as Peach seems to be, is also about getting all the collectables in the levels. You can always play a level a day or something, since if you breeze through them many platformers can be beat in a few hours.
Princess Peach might be a good game for my daughter. Demo was OK but didn't give me that Mario\Kirby auto difficulty. If that makes sense.

Fire emblem will have wheelchair knight which uses sword and tome, can cantor, and immune to follow up(but cannot follow up themself), higher damage on lower health. And non binary character which can be both warmaster/brawler and falcoknight.
