Why origin with weap jump rawr and half burst with ror and not ror rawr for origin?

because my weapon jump is lvl 4 and ror lvl 2 hahaha

If i do this i would lose a lot of damage, and don't need it, place it so that it receives hits and activates my passive that gives a small buff every time you receive hits, i don't remember name
