Since people keep asking about why I tend to often have an XP penalty. If I wanna do a specific map for something, I tend to just keep Re-queing till I get it. I leave during the loading screen (so my team always gets a replacement before the round begins) but I still get the XP penalty.
That and I also alt+f4 if a mei comes within 30 feet of me.

Muselk the teleporting glitch thing is with the other chair, you press control shift "w" "q" at the same time, and it'll teleport you, if your reaper it'll trigger your ultimate. My friends and I tried all other heroes and the only other cool one is pharaha who tells her ultimate voice line but doesn't shoot.

Solved both problems. In the training map, both Lucio and Rein's ults went off while they were on top of the bots.
