are you still monitoring this post? I did the factory reset but it's still blocking my aftermarket toner cartridges. looks like the firmware version stayed the same through the reset.

@TruckingTrucks I succumbed to the dark side and bought an OE HP cartridge. Really not happy with HP and will consider other brands first from now on when shopping for new gear
