I agree for the most part but also phoenix (the player that griefed him) is his friend and it was just for fun. Also phoenix sacrified the game too, went eif, and lost prolly like 40+ lp for that stunt. I think it should only be ban worthy in pro play, in solo queue they lose more themselves

can someone explain how the jazz augment work? Why is the wording permanent buff as opposed to just buffs? What's the mechanic here?

Yes, depending the amount of traits, it stacks over round, more traits more buffs
They are permanent. Play those traits and your board permanently gets those buffs and they stack so late game, it's monstrous.
