@@mileshardin6906 you'll want some more firepower than that, zombies don't bleed out, they need to be blown/ripped/cut apart. If you want a gun get the biggest most powerful bullets you can, the more damage the better.

The fact that James gave Josh a fkn shotgun to defend is beyond me. They're hacksmith and the best they could do was a shotgun.
And not only that, a short-barreled shotgun from a warehouse roof. The only thing he could reliably hit is the ground, if the wind is low.
Unless it's a FPS video game shotgun, then it could me more powerful at farther away than a 50 caliber sniper rifle.
This vid was made for money, there wasn't too much thought put into it. Just do stuff, do a 3min sponsor break, and finish the video.

@@therealjanczareq4355 Okay, I just looked up some good info on shotgun slug rounds (used in deer hunting in non-rifle states like mine) and they are apparently accurate to the neighborhood of 200-300 yards..
But that is also in a long-barreled 12-gauge shotgun.
Anyway, yes, a slug round would be good for that guard position, but the graphics they used indicated the use of shot (bird, buck, etc.) which has a shorter "lethal" range and a spread impact pattern.

But I have played some bad FPS games where a shotgun was as lethal and accurate at very long ranges as a large caliber sniper rifle.

@@johnhansen6009 not really. But for real, cutting something on a plasma cutter (or laser idk) or slapping chainsaws to an excavator isn't that hard. All the recording for this video was propably done in a single day and same for the editing. It's clear that this video was made for money not from passion.

Since zombies don't need their organs to be functional most guns are relatively useless. Large bullets that can leave large holes would be best. I suggest making some bulky swords like falchions to cleave through the zombie hoards.
Guns could be effective because if you have a good enough shotgun you could shoot their legs off and render them useless

Hacksmith should build a terminator programmed to get a red bib that the Hacksmith will wear. The HACKSMITH can use any of his builds he has made over all the years to defeat the terminator and prevent it from getting the bib. That would be awesome! Who agrees?

You NEED to have a Resident Evil laser grid. It would be easy (I think) for your team to do with hot wire cutting some lasers and smoke.
The biggest advice for zombie apocalypse is Make a weapon that is long range and has its Ammunition is materials that are easy to come by like wood bullets

Tbh there is only a very small group of people that would be able to survive the zombie invasion. It would be a few rich people who will just live on their private island were no zombies will reach them, maybe a group of expert survivors who will live deep in the woods were enemy humans won't find them and the zombies will be too stupid to get to the base, there's the DOOM fans that will grab a shotgun and chainsaw and mercilessly slaughter every zombie in a 10 mile radius, and the Hacksmiths will definitely make it out because if their defenses don't work then their weapons will. Everyone else will likely get infected and become just another kill for a crazy DOOM fan with a shotgun and chainsaw.
