50yrs ago LDs were in demand to put an extra headlight on LIs and the headstock could mount custom bars..I was a "greaser" but still fixed my mod mates hairdryers!!

THEY WERE SOUGHT AFTER BECAUSE THEY HAD A SPARE WHEEL...AND THAT MATTERED VERY MUCH.....
