Before this video, We made in the same way but we didn't fried before... We Directly grinded them... Due to little oil content property We are able to form ball sturcture...
For how many days the nutritional properties will be there for these laddus..?
Actually I used to use these seeds for making smoothie... But making smoothie everyday is somewhat difficult than making laddoos.
Will the nutrients be same for both processes ( I mean making smoothie and laddoos)

I replaced peanuts with cashewnuts and added powdered well before adding Jaggery. Turned out amazing. As it was for small kids and her friend's too. Loved the combined taste.

I prepared today late evening...
I didn't follow ur proportion ☹️ i doubled it... And i was unable to make the ladoos... So i greased one plate and put to set in the fridge. Hopefully by morning its all set so instead of ladoo i will have it in Chikki form.
A lesson learnt follow instructions given. Do not use your own...........
Thank you manisha for trying it out..making ladoos depend on the jaggery..if you had overcooked the jaggery you cant make ladoos..but you can make it as chikkis if you had cut it when its warm. So no worries..make sure you just melt the jaggery next time..
