Ole Jackson and Larry are some bad characters.
Calmest most composed tow operator ever. Knows his stuff.
You guys didn’t scratch a corner on that bad Larry but the owner sure did! Great job guys!
😂
The look on his face when you said you "wasn't recording he had to it again " was priceless lol .yall stay say safe can't wait for the next adventure with the murphys diesel boy's. Glad you were back for this one Gabe.
Thank you! Onto the next one!
@@MURPHYSDIESEL Any lockers on that Ram?
Did yall notice when the trailer pulls out the tires are partially sliding because hes got the BRAKE ASSIST ENGAGED NO WONDER HE KEEP GETTING STUCK
His original plan was prolly to drift it through those trees
i learnt something today" about the Holmes Tree! very Cool!
Good video... only recommendation is the camera guy is in the kill zone very often while your winching. Always be safe and know if a line or tow hook breaks your not gonna be cut in half by the cable.
Awsome video showing controlled recovery, riging & snatch blocks. Excellent job!
rick u and the guys did a awesome recovery stay bless
Hellboy & crew with another awesome (mud) recovery. Note to self don't camp in a potential swamp.
We're bloody lucky Hattie Holmes toured the country planting strong deep rooted Holmes Trees all over the place. That was shortly after Ernest took her Caddy and added his new wrecker on back. Ernest figured out right away that snatching off something strong was a good idea and Hattie went to work.
So the legend of the Holmes Tree began.
I love wheelin' in AZ! Went to the sand dunes, tanque sand dunes to be exact, in monsoon season and crossed a dry wash then on way back couple hours later had to cross same wash flowing chocolate brown flood waters in my 88 Chevy S10 Blazer up to headlights in water, just send her thru! Thank God for Chevy TBI on that night y'all! Keep this recovery content up guys! I've always wanted to show the shit we play with here in AZ!
If you disconnect the trailer equalizer, it would put more weight on the rear tires. Love the video's!
Thanks for another great video and I really didn't know Arizona had swamp land 🤣😂 thought it was a joke this all along!! Have a great weekend and stay frosty. If I lived closer I'd offer to cut up the animals for free lol
I highly recommend muck boots though spend all day killing animals and my feet are always dry
Thanks Sam! We appreciate it!
very clever snatch block combos used to bring the camper/truck rig around those trees and through the mud bog. Well done!
Glad you liked it!
Trees, Trailers an Mud UGHHHH I hate those ones! Great Job with the rigging no doubt! Still laughing about the seeds! You do a far better job explaining what your doing than I do!
Thank you! It was a muddy one!
Holmes tree who’d of thunk it. Honestly I think people need to have to take a test of some kind to be driving those bigger rigs. Todays Bigger trucks don’t equal bigger payload. To go out there and see this beautiful truck and rig tore up like that reaffirms me that people just don’t think. But you guys always figure out a way not to damage things even further. That’s professionalism with a huge Capitol “P”. And that swim at the end gives mud-ducking a whole new meaning. Great job god speed and always be safe.
Another great recovery!
nice job Rick always nice pulling out a ford
😂Spray painted his azz crack 😂i bet he keeps his pants pulled up when hes around you
That’s one bad Larry 😂
Cummins All the Way Baby !!
Best team work in towing industry.
Good job.
Hot damn a hell boy rescue ,I knew it was a good time to take a real from welding on my wood trailer.
I just subscribed. I actually grew up 11 miles north of Parks AZ. Just up the hill a wayz from Ash Fork lol. great job on that camper trailer.
Awesome! Thanks Adam!
"Oh look, a really slimy, mucky swamp! Let's grab the RV and go camping in it!"
😂
Good recovery keep training the kids 👍
I'm with you on this, pass the Trade forward, school cannot teach, Hands on training.
Perhaps if you were to take off the tension on the load-leveler the tow vehicle would have more rear traction.
I noticed the wheels on the trailer were dragging thru the mud as he drove away, maybe he's got brake issues too.
Like how people think those wimpy street mud tire's will go anywhere lol.
Sandlot Reference!!!!!!!!
“My god, he looks like a dead fish!”
You bet
Every time I visit my folks in New Mexico a cold topo Chico and asada tacos is a must.
🙌
We call that Pennsylvania ping pong over here. You can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a half dozen Holmes trees and you need to use all of them to pull anything out of the fine sludgy goop we call dirt. Good job sir.
I don't have a problem with the sunflower seeds. Where r your rubber boots!? Another amazing job! Be safe
Treagan prefers toe-less boots.
nice refreshing swim after working hard
Nice refreshing dip after a large cup of recovery.
Good job guys! Wasent easy, 🤠 cowboys , lesson for camping always have a winch on your rig when it's muddy!
🙌
Love from India
🙌
Them tension bars on that trailer taking the wheels off the ground take them off and throw them in the trash
gear america snatch blocks? no bolts very cool
Dude put some vents in the ol mobile homestead lol. Should of bought a Ford Ranger.
It is very well ventilated now.
Hey cowboy ,you got them out ,but how many hours did it take you to do the job ?was the owners review good? I am here in San Antonio, TX watching and also driving a 2018 f250 diesel 6.7 fx4 and was wondering why it took so long , still great video post! 🤠👍
I hope you charge them a lot for all this work!! Jezus! What was he doing there with this setup anyway? Good work mate! You know your stuff!!
Whats the name of those tires i need a pare on my RAM
Heck I can pull hellboy and the truck and camper outa that with my Ford ranger... it's a joke... just kidding🤣
Hellboy have the Holy grail of motors 5.9 Cummins 12 valve I have a 96 with 1.3 million miles on it
Like the way you Think.
Engineering at its best!
Ps keep the sunflower seeds going , keep it real brother !
🙌
What wheel and tire setup are you running on hellboy
Stazworks custom wheels and 41s
Where did this guy find such a good camping area? Looks like a loging road.
I believe he camped down the road and needed to turn around…this was the turning around spot that was chosen 🙃
Duuuude nobody even knows WTF Arizona's weather will be like from one day to the other.... Forecasts don't mean shit round here y'all! Northern AZ is even more crazy with it snowing in July in Flagstaff, AZ
Hey just a curious question why did you go single base instead of Dually rear end, I like a dually personally because Hauling heavy trailers it’s more stable and don’t walk you all over the road but that’s what led me to my question didn’t want to come off arrogantly lol, Sometimes your wallet doesn’t bring common sense that skinny thing in the floorboard works wonders when it’s applied in the right direction
It’s all good, we are running 14ply mpt 81’s they have a capacity of 6700 lbs per tire, the capacity of dual 10ply tires is around 5000 lbs. with the 14 ply tires singled we can air down and our truck is heavy enough to flex them over rock and sand. In our country the roads are rutted up and narrow dual wheels do not track very well in this type of terrain, they also do not do very well in snow, the rear of the vehicle tends to float while the front digs. In our country a tall, narrow, durable, and aggressive tire is what you want. a narrower tire will have more pressure per square inch of contact pressure and will grip better than a wider tire that will just tend to float around on top of the mud and snow. We have trucks that do all of our highway towing that we run duals on, hellboy pretty much just does off-road recovery.
@@wreckerrick Ohh okay That makes sense I like to learn things like that and Great info about the tires thats a badazz tire that’s somethin my Ole man would love I’ll have to take a look at them , Appreciate the feedback and the Content 🤙
@@treya2403 you bet
What are the two square tubes on the back of Hellboy for?
What's that pointed leaf on your elbow Rick? Yea the tatoo on your left arm.
Compass rose
Did he have his trailer brakes set to high?...
No his wheels, and drums were just packed full of mud.
What are the soda pops you are always drinking?
Topo Chico!
Invest in better tires!!!!
The customer must taking nap in the trailer 😴 it was lot of work for the recovery
They had all of their dogs in the trailer 🐕🐕🐕
Is that ford going to be able to do the job when it gets to pavement 😂
i think you hooked to every tree there. most don't know the value of using what is there they try to make the tow truck do all the work
only to 25 T
Is that young man related to you Rick?
Are Traegan and DeNiro brothers?
Yes sir
screw the people, eat your seeds. I don't understand why people sit and watch videos, then complain about what they watch, don't like it don't watch it.
You tell em Patrick!
Y do people continue to go off-road there with street tires?
Dude literally explained in good ol American English what a Holmes tree is and then the younger guys we like do you know what he is talking about
Do you guys have any kinetic ropes you can use, like Yank'm Ropes/Factor 55?
No sir, we use B/A products
@@wreckerrick B/A products?
I live in South Australia, Australia, so please explain😉😀
@@PeterTremlett B/A is a company that produces rigging and towing equipment. They make our synthetic slings, endless loops, chain packages, and recovery straps. We use Crosby shackles and snatch blocks for the most part. We buy a lot of rigging and recovery equipment. Sometimes we use other brands if that’s all we can get. Or if a company wants us to try there equipment
F those people, chew your seeds, az things
At the Ford truck it ain't got no ass to it
The company told Richard they pull the hardest but left out that there slow as fuck
C4YT
I don’t understand why people buy nice sh*t and then destroy it. They have to know they’re dumb and don’t know how to take care of things. It almost frustrates me watching people wreck nice pickups, campers, semis etc. this camper is going to be worthless now that he’s put so many cooking vents in the sides with the trees.
You should do yourself a favor and not comment to the -ones of your channel. Then you would own them.
I usually only comment to try to get them to argue with me… the comments help my videos 😂
Pardon me sir, I’m not real smart, I use to be a mechanic now I enjoy my retirement, yet isn’t it your channel and you can do whatever you please and the public can change channels or watch someone else? Thought this was America, I know we have lost a lot of freedoms to the left concerning our guns yet being your channel I think you should be able to do what pleases you. Ok, I’ll get down from my soap box and shut up now, I do enjoy your channel
