This might be come up late but, can you do tips for 2-step/Mini swipe too please? My form is still worse when doing the 2-step. It's like I'm getting slower and heavier in every swipe and eventually get tires doing it.

Ok this is great tutorial but i have some technical question. How you count steps on beat ? Footwork seems to have other count than the typical 1&2 3&4. The 3 step seems like the most balanced step to hit the snare or the beat. Now for example with 4 step or 5 step or any little flow variation how you hit it ? I tryed with 6 step and the beat felt on push up position or step 3 and then on step 1 or hook position still i cant find the proper way to count rest of the steps.
Good question! You can start by picking one step of the pattern and hit the snare with just that step as an accent.
let's say you're doing a 3 step to a 4/4 beat. 1&2&3&4&. your three step takes up about 2 whole beats. 1&2. So just do a three step every 2 beats.
