    wow... have you been to japan? Its a society where people take their job seriously and take service seriously. Japanese people are some of the most relaxed and creative(sometime too creative) people outside of work, think about all the modern innovations, a good proportion comes from Japan. What I love most about japan is that people are truly grateful in their job, and wants to do their best at all times, no half-arsed stuff there.

    I took the Shinkansen from Kyoto to Tokyo and back. When I got on the train at Tokyo to return, as the train took off the three cleaning ladies in pink waved goodbye to the train! It was wonderful. It is worth coming to Japan to go on the Shinkansen. It is a masterpiece of modern technology, and a work of art.

    You might be laughing and thinking they are robotic but the Japanese take pride of being disciplined. Ironically they are also one of the most creative and innovative people all whilst having a strong sense of tradition. It's a cultural perspective and failing to understand this is a manifestation of ignorance. Go out and experience the world.

    most, if not all of you don't know the real story of the shinkansen cleaners of japan. so you have no right to marginalize the japanese in this video. just think of it, does it make you more civilized to discriminate such a wonderful and disciplined civilization of east asia?

    I have been to Japan and lived there 2 years while i disagree with the particular choice of words free harmony used, the sentiment is correct to an absolute T. The friends ive make that have overcome their society and strive to be individuals are my closest friends. think of it this way , could you make friends with a japanese person who didnt speak a word of your language and has no intentions of learning it. you couldnt. and they wouldnt want to be friends with you even if they could.

    I don't speak without knowledge of the situations. I know how most farm animals are treated in the U.S. and we are continually making strides to improve it. The state I live in has just banned gestational crates for cows and pigs. The way Japan has no conscience of going after endangered species is what I take umbrage with. Even though there are laws protecting these creatures, Japan still hunts them ruthlessly and kills them senselessly. Truth.

    What kind of book are you talking about? You don`t eat? I actually can subscribe to your point of view about the issue but the way provoke our Japanese society would not solve the issue. If I make a film like Taiji, that I had not know even where that was till the film came out, showing how to kill
    cows for the process, how would you feel. I hope you will not say we may kill cows but not others. That makes you have a sense of discrimination. I agree your opinion but not how you propagate it.

  • @DWR57785
    @DWR57785 Před 12 lety

    humpbacks in particular, and pilot whales and dolphins are protected species, at least in international waters. All that aside, eating sea creatures high on the food chain is dangerous to humans due to the mercury levels. Shark, tuna, dolphin, whales, all are very bad for you, so not sure why Japan keeps it up. Also, the whale-watching business here in the U.S. is huge.. Japan could make more money watching them on pleasure boats than killing them.

  • @DWR57785
    @DWR57785 Před 12 lety

    We all have to care about everything in the world, not just in our own little corner.. Your statement is naive. According to your "philosophy", I need only care about what people I know on my street are doing, and nobody else? Strangers don't count? Sex trade, kidnapping, Sierra Leone, the rainforest being cut down to supply boxes to KFC, the Pacific Garbage Rift? These I should let other people worry about? My family and neighborhood are fine-we need to focus on the big problems.You're naive.
