Why I've quit playing Ark Survival Ascended on Official server

In this video you will see how a couple of really trash players had to use speed hacks and so forth to raid us out of a cave in Ark Survival Ascended.
As you will see, I am naked punching the living stuffing out of two of them, whom are fully kitted in god tier flak (no doubt duped also), to the point that they had to try and hide in a corner from me, before I finally ran out of stamina and was then killed.
All the same hacks that were in Ark Survival Evolved are still working in Ark Survival Ascended, so we made the tough decision to quit playing Ark on official. Wildcard just turns a blind eye and closes tickets claiming there is insufficient evidence!
