"Fly Fishing" for pink salmon at west Seattle bridge 09/02/2023, they are moving into the river now

3. 40lb braid main line with 15lb mono lead line
4. 1/2oz ping jig with plastic pink squid
Pink salmon come back to Puget sound and rivers in west WA every odd year. They show up along the beaches of Puget sound first, and then, when it's raining, they will migrate into rivers to spawn. Pink salmon are much fresher when they are still in the salt water. I was fishing at the Lincoln park in west Seattle, and it's crowded all day long. It you don't want to fish with that many people, bush point is good spot for pink salmon fishing too.
