    I have been with back pains for the last 35 years. I have been doing everything: strength training, physiotherapy, yoga, massages, etc. Last year, I discovered the 11/12 minute video you had up earlier. It's totally amazing. Since doing this about once a week, I have absolutely no back pain any more. It's so incredible. This guy is a genius. Why don't know more people about it?

      Same here. FT's website now has a paid streaming service by subscription - is it new? And is that the reason some of their videos have been pulled in the last week. I understand why they'd want to make money off of this, but it would nice somehow still get access to this one video. I would certainly pay for just this one video. It has helped me a lot. Thank you.

    People who say it's hard to follow: it is! But for a reason. Just like the 12 min foundation training workout, I've found that the more you do this, the more difficult it becomes, but the more control you gain over your body. You make those mind-muscle connections and suddenly your back remembers how to support your spine! I've had insane results doing this and the foundation training workout over the past few years. If you have back pain, stick to it!
    Also, try not to get frustrated if you "don't feel anything", just do your best each time and you'll get better and better.

      He doesn't use sphere of tension with the hands and mirroring that doesn't use the 3 points of contact with the feet, those two changes alone make that 12 minute video much harder. Pushing off the ground with the feet add a lot to the decompression stance. Just a few simple changes you can make to that workout and still watch it, that's what I do. Also rolling the elbows in as well as squeezing the thighs also adds another element of decompression.

    • @shadowsanddust1453
      @shadowsanddust1453 Před 5 lety

      Depends on which way the disc is bulging. If its posterior, then yes. But easy into it. Mackenzie push up is great for that apparently. If it's an anterior bulge, then I work think no, because you could potentially push it out even more. The basic founder pose multiple times per day would be a good option for you, as long as it doesnt cause you pain.
