How to Make a UNICORN Cake! 💖🦄

Cake Recipe
Makes three 6” rounds
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 T baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 T vanilla extract
1 cup milk, room temperature
Food color in pink, blue, and purple
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease three 6” cake pans with cooking spray
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, beating after each addition. Add in vanilla and combine. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with the dry.
4. Divide the batter between four separate bowls. Color bowls one of each color, leaving one bowl with plain batter.
5. Divide batter between the three pans, then bake for 30-35 min.
Buttercream Frosting Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
4 ½ cups powdered sugar
4-5 T milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Add milk to reach desired consistency.

Hi Rachel quick question how long on average does it take to make a video??
Oooh - maybe 8-10 hours? It's definitely quite the process when your production crew consists of only yourself 😅 But I enjoy all the steps - from baking to filming to editing - so I'm not really complaining 😉
