I just recently found this channel and honestly I’m in love. It gives me so much hope! I’ve been out of the closet ever since 2018. I came out as bi at first but for the past two years I’ve been questioning if I’m just lesbian which there is a good chance I am. I never felt like I fit in. Ever. And that feeling increased 100000% after I came out. Seeing you guys gives me hope that one day I can be as happy as you are and that I can finally find somebody share that happiness with.

Just like you two, I also met my girlfriend on a dating app. I have received so many negative comments and backhanded compliments when I tell people how we met (i.e. people thinking it's not real or that it's forced, saying dating apps don't work, saying they would never use an app or wouldn't until they were "desperate," etc). Yep a little bit cheesy, I admit that:D But I don't mind, kinda cute at the same time:D I can definitely understand why you would be nervous about your parents meeting your gf/bf... Especially if your parents are from the different country. There's gonna be cultural differences and a language barrier on top of everything else... And by everything else I mean the habits etc. your family have and your gf/bf is not familiar with.
