House #1 was definitely value for month. Cause you have landlords who are trying to rent 1 bedrooms in the same area for 70K
It is a steal. You get the entire house (and the fruit trees) which is a corner lot for 80,000! If the contract allows you could sublease the property too because there's the "small side"
I thought the house had two kitchens it doesn't. But if you care to share a kitchen and are allowed to you could rent out the room and bathroom.

Exactly Felix! Any upgrades would mean more money for rent. It has been upgraded, that not the pink and blue tiles and fixtures of The 1960s Havendale houses that came with toilets and bidets lololol. The upgrade likely happened in the last decade or so.

House #1 is very reasonable, for the amount of space you getting and the location is good in comparison to other places. It is old school, but if you dont mind that then it's a grab.

A lot of square footage and land space
But for 80K a month the bathrooms should have been #upgraded
With upgrades there would be an increase in rent. Those are not the original bathroom fixtures and tiles. The home across the road (not shown in the video), the large side only was renting for 130000, two years ago.

@@ricardodavis4863 Okay, yes. The tenant should change the toilets (keeping the orginal one for later) then and remove when they leave. I would rather spend that money upfront once than have the cost of an upgrade added to monthly rent.

@@ricardodavis4863 I know that, if they want to and the landlord allows they can. If a tenant wanted to upgrade the toilet they could and then take it (or leave it) when they leave replacing the original of course. Rather than pay for the landlord upgrading the toilets via an increase in rent for as long as they are renting the premises. That's what I was trying to say.
Or they could upgrade themselves (with permission) and then bill the landlord.

Oh My Lord,look so good I order 300.00 dollars on PayPal
Been with them 5 years and never saw anything on there shopping site with colors I want,my phone kept crashing,so I move to the new phone
They kept rejecting the order even when am using my own money and not my PayPal credit
The presentation is amazing,the layout is inviting,I feel so welcome
I buy other CZcams merchandise on PayPal never had a problem,all from Jamaica,never pass 200 but Rochielin hook me in so nice,I easily was on 300.00 and since I never buy pass 200 on paypal it would flag me
I can't shop pass 500 and fraud protection don't call me immediately to make sure its me shopping
And I send a yes
Sometimes I get tired of shopping and go months of no shopping
