They freed serial killer Heather to go to her psychotic daughter's memorial, but Nikolas was not given the courtesy to attend his son's funeral. Spencer would have been so proud of his dad turning himself in and taking responsibility for his actions so he could become a good father to Ace.

@@TDrama-QueenQueen, I am so disappointed in these worthless writers. Spencer's memorial was flat and not befitting of the person that he was. He deserved a memorial where Trina and all the people who loves him gets to speak about him. Moreover, Trina's pain deserved to be highlighted on a much grander scale than what was featured. Once again, the writers did a disservice to both Trina and Spencer. They portrayed Trina like she was just another mourner, instead of the love of his life.
For those who are interested, I recently visited a channel by the name of NYC DOVE with a heading entitled: Spencer and Trina needs better writers ASAP - #General Hospital, #GH. #Sprina. According to the author, the purpose of the channel is to address issues on GH, and to bring awareness to Trina and Sprina and to call out any discrimination and other unfair treatment that they are being subjected to. The author spoke about last summer and the unfortunate unfair treatment of Trina and Sprina, in addition to addressing how the writers have basically written Trina in a way where she has been alone after Spencer's death and that she believes that their action is deliberate and disrespectful to the character of Trina. She specifically compared the difference between how Trina was portrayed during Rory's death versus Spencer's. She pointed out that when Rory died Trina was surrounded by family and friends and that she had total support, especially that of Spencer's. She indicated that with Spencer's death, Trina is all alone. She mentioned that Trina in her traumatic state should never have been allowed to drive by herself to her dorm room to find Joss who knew nothing about Spencer's death, and that she should have been supported by friends and family. The author also contrast that with how Esme received support from all the cassadine family when she had Nikolas' baby, versus Trina being all alone. As previously stated, the author thinks the writers actions are deliberate and disrespectful.
Alexis gave a beautiful eulogy. I was very pleased to see Cameron again.
Where was Nicholas? If Heather was able to be there, he should have been there for Spencer

This is probably why the writers were fired. This episode was sad, disappointing and hurtful. Nikolas has his faults but he should have been there😢

I agree. There was so much lacking in this episode. But I truly felt Trina’s grief. She has got to go back to Paris and bring Spencer Home. She is just so lost right now 😢
I was disappointed by Spencer's memorial. There was no church service where Trina and his friends could speak about him. Trina looked so sad, but none of Spencer's family acknowledged her. There was no hugs or sympathy expressed to Trina by Laura, Alexis or any other Cassadine family member. Spencer's family was on one side of the cemetery and Trina, Curtis and Porsha was on the other side. At the end of the memorial, it became the Esme show when they introduced psychotic Heather and all her drama which eventually turned into a freak show. The writers short changed Spencer and Trina again. They rushed right through the memorial. Other than Ava, Joss and Cam, no one acknowledged Trina's pain.
Hey, Sonia - I was so incensed that it took every fiber of my being to complete a highlight video. The writers willfully excluded Trina from the after service at Wyndemere. They came up with the pathetic excuse that Trina just wanted to go home and rest. As you indicated, with the exception of Joss, Cam and Ava, everyone else treated Trina as if she had the bubonic plague! Laura should have consoled Trina seeing Spencer was in love with her. And, why did Alexis give the eulogy when her drunk azz left the company credit card in an unsecured place for Esme to catch a flight to Paris. Heather hijacked what was left of the service. Gregory having an episode at tbe service was totally out of place. As for Portia,I was so happy when TriHey, Sonia - I was so incensed that it took every fiber in my being to put together a highlight video. The writers willfully excluded Trina from the after service at Wyndemere. They came up with the pathetic excuse that Trina just wanted to go home and rest. As you indicated, with the exception of Joss, Cam and Ava, everyone else treated Trina as if she had the bubonic plague. I loved when Trina ignored Porrtia's phony A. GH continues to promote its boring characters at Sprina's expense. I expect the writers to inundate us with such until Spencer returns. tah tah.
@@TDrama-Queenit was a total disappointment the way Trina was ignored and it was deliberate, mean-spirited and petit. These writers have no courage and they are a bunch of spineless cowards.

I was disappointed that Nicholas was not allowed to attend the memorial but Heather was and Laura not acknowledge Trina .This was only for certain family members.....
Liz only attended Esme's memorial because of guilt for help holding her captive at windermere 4:50 4:50
Michael could've attended his adoptive cousin's funeral. There is a nanny to take care of the children.

In my opinion the whole episode was a bunch of crap in my opinion for the following reasons:
So they let a serial killer Hesther out to pay respect to her daughter but not Nicholas to pay tesoect to his Son.
Where was Taggart? Not even a mention.
Cyrus being allowed to be there was sooo disgusting.
What didn't Trina go to Wydermeire?
Why was so much time dedicated to Esme and soooo little time to Spencer.
They had Elizabeth of all people at her gravy with Kevin who ignored her as much as he could.
It was as if they had Trina in a corner no one came up said anything to her other than Joss, Cam and Ava.
Lastly, why have graves with no bodies in them.
Did you catch what Sonny said at Wendimeire, "that is why they call it the circle of life, when one life ends another begins"
Whay do you think that means.
Also the best part of the episode was when Trina got the letter from Paris saying she can come back next semester.
I know she said she wouldn't go back to Paris but she has to, that is where Spencer will be .
Hey, Sabrina - I interpreted Sonny's cryptic phrase as when someone dies in one place , a life is bo😢rn in another place. Trina is definitely with child. And, I I agree .The episode was b.s.. Nikola😊

Spencer can easily just show back up in PC. He doesn't have to stay in Paris. Also I believe Cyrus has him. Why give him those doves? They probably have trackers in them and Cyrus did say he always keeps track of his family.
@adihsarstilinskih8237 Hey, Adihsar - You have proposed an excellent theory which caused me to pause and think. Maybe Cyrus does have Spencer. I do recall him stating that he always watches over family. This may also explain why Cyrus is repeatedly showing up at his sister's, (Laura) place to check on Ace. He is probably doing so at the behest of Spencer. A tracker being placed in the doves was genius! I don't understand why he would allow Trina to suffer unimaginable grief. Maybe, he is recuperating. I hated that they had both memorials at the same time. Where is Taggert? I was so confused how psycho Heather was allowed to attend her devilish daughter's memorial but not Nikolas being present at his son's memorial. The whole episode sucks and makes me want to take break from GH.
They are not dead also think that spencer is the DadSpence will show up with or without Evil Esme😁
Heather really shouldn’t have been that surprised by what happened to Esme and that the other two people that honor her were Liz and Kevin after everything she did to everyone else
Hey, Rachel - Before Esme left for Paris, she clobbered Kevin over the head. At GH, it was touch and go for him. As for Liz, Esme filmed her Son with Joss. Why was she even there. Mind you, neither Kevin or Liz comforted Trina. The episode left me SMH. tah tah

Hey, Katrina - My sister, Lakeesha, says the exact same thing. In my humble opinion, I prefer the former Trina (Sydney Mikayla). Sydney's acting was more expressive and had depth . tah tah

Hey, Tony - Which month do you propose that Spencer returns? I, for one, wish he would return tomorrow. Today's episode was the pits. GH has too many cast members on its payrolls who contribute absolutely nothing to the storyline. They are waiting around to be thrown a bone.🦴. Story lines are meandering all over the map. Jason is now back, and GH has become a snoozefest. tah tah
