my horse T8 and lvl30. doesnt show course trainig. why?

needs to have empty inventory and fully recovered. also you have to be at stonetail ranch stable which is directly to the right of heidel on the map

Took absolutely everything off the horse, and still, like the other guy, absolutely nothing shows up to do with any sort of training
