How to eat Rosé's Spicy Chicken Noodles 10 times more deliciously

This is the combination of rose fire chicken flat noodles that I'm into these days!
Personally, flat noodles have a bit of alcohol smell and bitterness.
You have to blanch it once and throw away the water to remove the smell.
If you add a lot of water, the sauce doesn't stick to the glass noodles, so it's better if you eat it thickly. :)
