Does the tide even matter. if the fish is swimming by and see the lure It will bite no matter what tide or time it is.

Yes the tide matters. Unless you are soaking live bait then it doesn't matter. But throwing lures it matters. Try it. Subscribe to my channel if you haven't already thanks.
