they should've just sacked xiaohu in the draft since he was gonna lose any lane anyway, not to mention WBG botlane being as irrelevant as T1 botlane except T1 intentionally sacked botlane to fuck top as much as possible.

they won spring 2022 on a literal undefeated scoreline. The first time it ever happened on this day and age where players are much better than before. Also, they literally got to a lot of finals and consistently showed up just until finals but they broke it finally this year. The caster and analysts did say that this was the best team ever for 2 years now despite not winning everything due to how consistent they are in getting deep runs.@@taylorpeay8991

@@taylorpeay8991 SKT/T1 is 100% the best team in league history and Faker the best player of all time. They smashed LPL 11/1. The only thing for this specific roster missing was the worlds title, now they got it and T1 feels complete now.
Most consistent team, and this version of them, I have to agree. The finals curse may be behind them now. I hope they try again with this roster and showcase their full potential

They shouldn’t have rushed the Bard pick, or even picked it at all possibly. Bard is never getting banned there, but by picking it, they tell T1 almost everything they need to know about how to shape the rest of their draft. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that Faker is likely to answer Azir with either Akali or Sylas neither of which Bard does particularly well into due to their high mobility. Oner already showed promise on the Lee Sin, so it’s not bizarre that they would pick it again especially given that Rakan is already picked which is a nice jungle supp combo to have. Bel’Veth gets picked but she has no mid or top lane which can secure prio for herald in a comfortable way either so she automatically loses value there too.
Some people I spoken to think Crisp was trolling on the Bard and perhaps that’s true, but take off the name plates and that’s still a terrible team to play Bard into, no matter who you are. I don’t think for instance that Keira would want to pick Bard in such a situation and he’s possibly one of the best Bard players in pro play. I could rant forever about how bad the draft is but those are some points at least.

Its hard when WBG is gapped quite hard player wise in 3/5 (i'e say guma is better than light, keris is obvious, and faker's form is so much better right now) positions and just don't have the champion pool of some of the T1 players.
Zeus yone counter to aatrox top lane is just too good especially since he can play the jayce top as well to flex it and if he doesn't get left out to dry by oner. Faker just has th4 champion pool for this tournament. And Keria just warps botlane so hard.
The shy and wei wei were their biggest hope and they just couldn't get it rolling. Game 3 draft was abysmal but they were backed into a corner player champion pool wise by their draft.
Not the cleanest sweep by T1 but i'm happy for zeus all the t1 players. This team has just been to stacked to disappoint for another finals when they are looking really strong.
By some miracle i want all the players on jdg and t1 to get a salty run back next year but I doubt thats going to happen with the salary cuts.

2017, 2019, 2021, 2022 I have been present and supported you on all of these defeats. And I thought, I might be the problem always jinxing you and cursing T1 to win. So this Worlds, I decided to do the exact opposite. Looking for every podcast, every video, every topic about your games this worlds and criticize you as much as possible and exaggerate my praises with your opponents. I even went far as betting on every opposing team. Maybe that way I may jinx all of your enemies. The hardest part was being harassed by fellow T1 fans (I'm surprise people can't Identify exaggeration and satire) some would even message me directly and attack me personally which is indeed a toxic trait of a T1 fan. But now that you've won it was all worth it. The harassment the money I lost. I don't care if people believes me or not. T1 ARE THE CHAMPIONS and that's what's important. Faker has cemented and sealed his Title as the God of League and the GOAT and the new T1 player has proven themselves. Special shoutout to Yamato Cannon , IWD , Thorin , The LPL casters and whomever who looked down on T1 and Faker, the despair in your voices when they won feels soooooo good . T1 good job, you've done it in the most convincing way possible.
