Yes do try laphing, its really spicy with the sauce and ig you can have it without sauce too. I would also recommend juju dhau, its very famous and tasty yougart that they make themselves. Will wait for the next vlog

We have regions in the Philippines where they eat chili with almost everything. Philippines is not a cold country, though we like spicy food, not everyone does it.
At least once in my lifetime i want to visit Nepal. Since my high school days i used to listen their song i find it very lovely. Unfortunately my state Manipur is in crisis created by kuki refugees. Hopefully God has good plan for us stay safe guys ❤

I think by now you already know but the girls did not take you the Delicious Momo. Delicious Fast Food is the name of the restaurant and its right behind "Nach Ghar". But I think that Swadistha momo is also good.
And I have to agree about the MoMo not being good enough in Jackson Heights. But try the jhol Momo in Merit Restaurant (Opposite of Delhi Heights). It is a bengoli resturant but there is a momo stall inside where you will find momo similar to the ones in Nepal

probably momo is on the top of all Nepalese foods but i do not recommend LAPHING to try next as i myself being a Nepalese, it's my least favorite. Go try Newari dishes when you're still in Kathmandu! World class indeed if you're eating in a hygenic places or if you don't mind the pure Newari local village den, you'll be served the best! Luckily she didn't recommend you to try DHENDO, i was very worried!!! See that girl drinking the water? That's the real Nepalese way to chunk away a jug of water!!

May be they thought u are looking for momo which is delicious so they got confused and the interesting part is they took u to swadist momo and swadist is delicious in nepali 🤣 .. but there is a momo shop named as delicious momo nearby. But im my opinion they took u in right place for that aunthentic taste of nepalese momo which u will not find that taste in delicious momo.

After eating momo you shouldn't have said I am full and I am sure you are full too (to the girls) 😁 coz no Nepali is ever satisfied with just one plate of momo 😂

Very interesting fun with Nepalese dumplings. Just to add one more thing apart from the other street food which is unique to foreigners is the sauce they make with the streamed dumplings. It'd obvious that nobody is willing to disclose the secret of dumplings sauce from business stand points. Basically what we see in the market nowadays is the a watery sauce mixed with grounded roasted soybeans along with a sour fruit called LAPSI and of course, their secret spicy recipe. This is the basic of ingredients of dumplings in Nepal but sometimes we barely taste of peanut too depending upon the situation.
