Hello Ma'am try to use other device po para mag pa appointment. In my case po laptop po una kong ginamit to apply tapos nong nasa payment na biglang nag error. Nag try po ako ulit kaso may existing appointment na raw and wala rin po akong appointment code to cancel. Tapos nag try naman po ako sa phone na proceed po sya nakakuha na po ako slot kahapon lang din po :)
I understand protocol is city and LGU specific but do applicants need to be fully vaccinated prior to DFA appointment? I live in Samar but my nearest regional DFA is Tacloban
If your name has special characters aside from the Philippine Alphabet, you may contact your DFA Office and ask for recommendations. Tell them your full name and the error. Good luck!
