Poppy MUFFINS 🧁 (subtitles) Video Recipe | Good Recipes from Agi

Poppy muffins
Dough:
220 g semi-coarse flour
180 g plain flour
300 ml of milk
230 g granulated sugar
100 ml of oil
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 lemon - peel
Poppy filling:
115 g ground poppy
150 g granulated sugar
180 ml of milk
2 spoons of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon plum jam
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
1 lemon - peel
Poppy filling - boil milk with sugar, turn off the flame.
Pour ground poppy seeds, breadcrumbs, cinnamon sugar, plum jam and lemon zest.
Dough - mix flour, salt, sugar, vanillin sugar, baking powder.
Add milk, oil, lemon zest.
Mix thoroughly.
Put a spoonful of dough on the bottom of the cupcakes.
Put a teaspoon of poppy seed filling on the dough.
Cover with the remaining dough.
Sprinkle with whole poppy seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes (monitor).
