I go to gym alone, i m all Time alone. I start gym since 4-5 month. I Saw everyday a Guy at m'y gym with Big arms. Doing push up everyday. One day, this Guy look at me and tell me " u work hard bro, keep grinding". He don't know but he give me so much motivation and power this day. Today we talk together and he teach me some good exercises. Don't be afraid to tell to people u'r proud of what thet do. This guy really help me. Thx bro 💪
One did same for me. Guy was bulked up and I got so motivated by his attitude towards my efforts. I felt small and he changed that for me. Bless they souls.
After so long I’ve finally found a community that I can understand and can understand me and my own problems, just know your never alone and you’ve never lost and never give up, you can do anything you wish you just need to try harder🔥
