    Chicken Pakora Written Recipe with Directions:
    Ingredients for Chicken Pakora
    -Chicken with bone 1 Kg small size
    -White Vinegar (sirka) 2 tbs
    -Salt (namak) ½ tbs or to taste
    -Red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1 tsp
    -Turmeric (haldi) ½ tsp
    -Vinegar (sirka) 1 tbs
    -Salt (namak) ½ tsp or to taste
    -White Sesame seeds (safiad til) as required
    -Cooking oil for frying
    Ingredients for Coating:
    -Yogurt (Dahi) ½ cup (whisk well)
    -Cumin seeds (zeera) powder ½ tsp
    -Chat masala ½ tsp or to taste
    -Red chilli (lal mirch) Powder 1 tsp
    -Salt (namak) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Dried Coriander (khushk dhania) powder 1 tsp
    -All-purpose flour (maida) 1 ½ tbs
    -Gram flour (baisan) 3 tbs
    -Water (pani) 3 tbs
    Directions:
    -In a bowl, add chicken, white vinegar, and salt and mix well. Leave it for 15 minutes, then wash with water.
    -In a bowl, add chicken, red chilli powder, turmeric, vinegar, and salt. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
    -In a pan, add water and bring it to a boil. On medium flame, add marinated chicken and boil it for 4 minutes.
    -Bring out the chicken and let it cool.
    -In a bowl, add yogurt, cumin seeds powder, chat masala, red chilli powder, salt, and dried coriander powder, and mix well. Now, add all-purpose flour and mix well. Now, add gram flour and water and mix well so that there are no lumps.
    -Add chicken and mix well. Add white sesame seeds and mix well or sprinkle sesame seeds on each piece of chicken separately.
    -Take a pan, and heat the oil. Deep frying the chicken pakora on a medium flame for 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
    -Dish out, serve, and enjoy with green chutney or ketchup.
    Tips and Tricks:
    - You can also use Chicken Boneless pieces.
