If you get that message, it means you need to reset the Champion to get bad the soul stones you used on it before it lets you dismantle it. It's saying that because you promoted it previously.

Yeah, the rates for level 8 and 9 are actually the same, but level 9 gives you better odds at specific chosen epics or lower champions.
Zafrina is Nft? Or not?
