But diver down well to put it simply to him. The world is his ocean, and based on scenes like what he did to kenzu, it can phase matter. It is honestly easier to see what diver does than explaining it.

Anasui is one of my favorites from this part. He goes from weirdo masochistic to a noble soul in such a believable journey, it's a beautiful story of redemption. I could see how Jolyne fell for him.

I thought diver downs ability was rearranging the internal structures of an objects but it’s just him diving into the object or person and either Storing energy Swimming through it Taking damage for that object person Or changing the inside structures of that objects
@@lunarkomet I agree, but maybe DD powers are more derivative than they seem to be. It can swim trough material to access them from within, and may take damage by phasing trough their body and replacing their limbs/organs. It's initial ability is a bit too much, tho.

Diver Down is insanely useful, stealing, walking through walls, getting over walls and if someone's annoying just submerge Diver Down into them and fucking reconstruct their mouth/tongue and arms/legs so they can't annoy you in any way =]
