    긴 막대모양의 쿠키가 고양이 혀를 닮았다고 해서 랑그드샤라고 불리는 쿠키를 만들었어요~
    시간을 짧게 구워 식기전 모양을 잡으면 여러가지 모양으로 만들어 볼 수 있어 재미있더라구요~~
    얇아서 식감이 바삭하고 계란과자, 쿠크다스 같은 친숙한 맛이랍니다~^^
    오븐 사양에 따라 굽는 시간이 다를 수 있는데 이 쿠키는 얇아서 1분 더 굽고 안 굽고의 차이가 있는 것 같아요~
    쿠키가 구워지며 많이 퍼지는 편이라서 팬닝 간격을 여유있게 해야 하더라구요~~
    저는 초코 반죽으로도 만들어 봤는데 같이 있으니 더 고급스러워보이고 맛도 맛있답니다~^^

    ▶재료
    무염버터 90g
    설탕 85g
    달걀 2개
    바닐라익스트랙 2g
    중력분 110g
    무염버터 45g
    설탕 45g
    달걀 1개
    바닐라익스트랙 1g
    생크림 20g
    중력분 50g
    코코아파우더 7g
    ▶레시피
    1. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 설탕을 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
    2. 중력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞고 짤주머니에 담은 뒤 오븐팬에 길게 팬닝하고 200도 예열한 오븐에서 7분 정도 굽고 식힌다.
    3. 오븐팬에 작은 동그라미 모양으로 반죽을 짜고 170도 예열된 오븐에서 7분정도 굽고 뜨거울때 봉에 올려 모양을 잡아 식힌다.
    4. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 설탕을 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞고 생크림을 넣고 섞는다.
    5. 중력분, 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 짤주머니에 담고 오븐 팬에 반죽을 짜고 넓게 편 뒤 170도 예열된 오븐에서 6분 정도 굽고 뜨거울 때 돌돌말아 모양을 잡고 식힌다.

    110g Plain flour
    45g Unsalted butter

    20g Whipping cream
    50g Plain flour
    7g Cocoa powder

    Here are some tips to help you if you’re having problems making the rolled cookies:
    1. If they puff up, you put too much batter and should have spread them bigger. You will have trouble rolling it and it will inevitably crack.
    2. To roll them without burning your fingers, use a icing spatula (or butter knife, if you don’t have one) to lift the edge of the cookie and use a butter knife to roll the cookie around it.
    3. If they are a little too browned to your liking, shave off a minute from the baking time.
    Ingredient and temperature conversions:
    The amount of flour needed is about 1 cup.
    The amount of sugar needed is about ½ a cup.
    The amount of butter needed is a tad less than 6½ Tablespoons.
    (For the vanilla, I just eyeballed it.)
    If you use Fahrenheit rather than Celsius, 200°C converts to 392°F

      Ugh thank you soo much for your comment! I couldn't understand why my cookies didn't turn out!! Getting so frustrated until I saw your conversion that I missed... I was baking at 200 ○F . No wonder they weren't getting crispy!!! Hating myself right now 😢😢😢 lol

    90 g unsalted butter
    -Mix until soft
    85 g sugar
    -Mix until blended
    2 eggs
    -Beat until creamy
    2 g vanilla
    -Mix until combined
    110 g flour
    -Sieve in and mix until combined
    -Empty into piping bag and pipe onto back of pan lined with parchment
    -Bake at 200°c for 7 mins/ 395°f until edges are brown

    I tried baking them today. I only do the vanilla one. Since that one got less ingredients.
    Anyway at first I really thought was done for. The butter mix didn't want to combine with the eggs. It really looked like an egg soup. It looked nothing like your vid step which got corporated fully. So I was sweating there.
    I tried adding the flour after I saw no changes in that mixture.
    Thankfully after the flour step, the mixture was totally like yours.
    The results was ok.
    My baking time is not 7 mins/ batch though. Since my oven can't distribute the heat evenly, I had to change the position a few times to get the right yellow-golden colour.
    It is crispy!
    Although imo it'll be nicer if it got softer texture. It was a bit different than the Chat Langue I frequently bought. The breaking into two parts was different. Usually it crumbled if I touched it too hard. But this one was a bit more durable/harder and less sweet.
    To help with the sweetness, I dipped it into melted chocolate and make it into a dip version of Chat Langue.
    Such is the baking reality!
    I enjoy making this recipe though. The recipe is simple and not much ingredients are needed.

    So Delicious! I made them just for fun and totally recommend this recipe, I made part of the vanilla flavor with lemon zest of one lemon a half the juice of the lemon and they were delicious!!! Love them 🤗 thank you for sharing

      Hey, can I ask, if I can use cake flour instead of plain flour? Are they the same?

      @@alicewan9326 I think the difference will be in the texture, they will be
      less crunchy and more fluffy. Cake flour has less proteins and it doesn't have so much gluten so it won't be as hard as all purpose flour. So is up to you. It can be a total success is that's what you are looking for.

    우와 굽자마자 단단해지지 않네요 다양하게 변형 할 수도 있고 굳으면 바삭바삭 쿠키가 되고 어렵지 않고 여러모로 응용가능한 쿠키네요 먹어보고싶어요!

    처음 만들어봤눈데 대성공입니다! 길쭉한거는 조금 모양이 이상하지만 그래도 정말 맛있어요! 저는 여기에다가 전분이랑 레몬즙 조금 넣었더니 더 맛있어요!

      푸드프로세서로는 만들어보지 않아서 잘 모르겠네요^^;;
      랑그드샤 반죽은 간단한 편이라 볼에 만들어도 쉽게 만들 수 있는 것 같아요~

    Actually in my country it cost really cheap probably that because we use a local name, I bet when they use such a French name "langu de chat" it will make the cookies cost higher double or triple times

    집에 아이들 간식으로도 좋을거 같아 바로 만들어봤습니다

    근데 집에 중력분이 없어 박력분으로 했더니
    초코 롤은 안만들어 지네요 ㅠㅠ

    In Indonesia we call it Lidah Kucing,we usually make this cookies during Christmas or Idul Fitri for Muslims,we have this cookies since Ducth colonised our country, Lidah Kucing derives from Dutch Word Katte Tong or Cat Tongue in English...
