Stridebreaker > Boots > Cleaver is the strongest 3 item. Once you get confident, try throw in my current setup which is Stridebreaker > swiftness boots > serrated dirk > cleaver.
They’re both basically the exact same clear speed if you get a leash. If you don’t get a leash, I believe Q is slightly faster if you’re going for ghouls. Most of the time if you’re getting a leashed buff start, just start E and take it asap. Q start does the exact same thing, but you waste time having to level E to immediately cast it to hit the gromp instead of it being available the whole time.

I don't understand why some games you start e, and others you start q, could you explain please?
