Guests including Bernhard Manning, Ant & Dec, Vic & Bob, Paul Daniels, George Best and Chris Eubank are interviewed by the wonderful Caroline Mary Aherne (24 December 1963 - 2 July 2016) who hosts the hilarious and outrageous mock chat show The Mrs Merton Show.
Broadcasted on the BBC from 1995 - 1998, various guests were roasted in a North West English style.
As well as the celebrity guests and regular band, the show featured a few appearances from the co writer of the show Craig Cash as Malcolm and had an audience of pensioners who would sit behind Mrs Merton and the guests who would be used for regular discussion segments and for Caroline to field questions from.
Caroline sadly died on the morning of 2 July 2016, of lung cancer at her home in Timperley aged 52.

I think his assertion that people of colour never fought in the war and can never be British marked him as a baddun. I think he lost the room there.
