I created a Caramelldansen strobe light setting on my Lumiman lights with the colors in the exact same order. Now I can just set my bedroom lights to this setting, blast this song, lay down on the floor, and just have an ugly breakdown

needed this. A while ago I realized I could use my overstim to my advantage when I was feeling sick. Before, loud and fast-paced songs did the trick but just a couple minutes I felt like I was going to throw up and music wasn't helping. Bright colours were the first things I thought of and this did just the trick.
